About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge products that not only meet but exceed industry expectations. As a member of the QA1 team, you’ll be responsible for executing the inventory control process. You’ll support the Receiving and Inventory Lead, and your success in this role will depend on your ability to ensure the accuracy of physical inventory, as well as assisting the receiving team to ensure the timely and accurate receipt of all inbound shipments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 2+ years relevant experience and/or training in receiving, inventory control, or cycle counting; 4+ years’ experience preferred and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of Stand-up Reach Forklift experience required.

  • Highly organized with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrable strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office products and capable of quickly training and becoming proficient with ERP system (Syteline).

Responsibilities

  • Perform all inbound and outbound operational orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Execute receipt transactions and routing of Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
  • Safely and efficiently unload incoming shipments and maintain an organized, efficient loading dock.
  • Respond promptly to the light dispatch system to support operational flow.
  • Accurately store received materials in designated locations and perform quality sampling procedures per company standards.
  • Monitor and complete open inventory transactions to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Conduct daily cycle count activities, including reactive counts in response to discrepancies, and communicate findings.
