Requirements
- Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing).
- Forklift experience- Ability to drive Stand Up Forklift, Reach Truck, Electric and Manual Pallet Jack
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, and Excel (with ability to learn other software applications).
- Knowledge of inventory software, such as QuickBooks and/or SAP applications
- 1 year of inventory or supply chain experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
Responsibilities
- Reviews documentation and updates computer software for inventory movement and quantities
- Place labels on pallets to identify the item, lot #, & expiration date
- Reports any stock discrepancies between physical counts and computer database information
- Maintain and track inventory data trends in excel sheets
- Performs physical counts or cycle counts of inventory and reconciles actual stock count reports
- Load/unload incoming/outgoing trucks using forklift and/or pallet jacks
- Follow company policies and cGMP practices for regulatory and documentation requirements
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
