The Inventory Control Clerk plays a key role in supporting logistics operations by managing product flow, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining essential tracking systems. This position ensures smooth communication between the loading dock, customer service, and production teams, while also overseeing data accuracy and operational efficiency. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Database experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between logistics, customer service, and production teams.
  • Maintain and update operational tracking tools such as rolling capacity documents and ship complete data.
  • Monitor and report on product dispositions, shortages, remakes, and lost units
  • Analyze trends and discrepancies in product handling across distribution and production sites.
  • Ensure data integrity of order records and disposition coding
