Inventory Control Clerk - Red Rock
About The Position
This role is responsible for upholding Station Casinos' "We Win Hearts" company-wide culture. Key duties involve processing Food and Beverage invoices, balancing receiver to invoice, and inputting purchase orders (PO's) into JDE. The position also entails processing Warehouse pick slips, scanning invoices into ICG, and completing the HUDE process within ICG Work Flow. Additional responsibilities include generating and processing blanket PO's, verifying vendor bids, completing short pays, and performing fundamental month-end inventory tasks such as counting and utilizing inventory scanners.
Requirements
- Inventory Control JDE and ICG knowledge and experience.
- Ability to perform basic data entry.
- Efficient with 10 key.
- Good organizational skills.
- Flexibility with daily responsibilities and work schedule.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
