The core responsibilities of this role include: Case-picking by hand up to 35lbs. approx. 60% of the day; operating MHE including Electric Pallet Jack and Reach Truck approx. 40%. Inventory Control and research. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the efficient flow of materials in a fast-paced technology warehouse. This role involves tracking technology components, managing stock levels, performing regular audits, and ensuring data integrity in inventory systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred

Responsibilities

• Case-picking by hand up to 35lbs for approx. 60% of the day
• Operating MHE including Electric Pallet Jack and Reach Truck for approx. 40% of the day
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Ensuring the efficient flow of materials in a fast-paced technology warehouse
• Tracking technology components
• Managing stock levels
• Performing regular audits
• Ensuring data integrity in inventory systems
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of electronic components and tech equipment
• Receiving, counting, and verifying incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders
• Ensuring proper labeling, storage, and tracking of materials
• Performing regular cycle counts and full physical inventories
• Reporting variances, damages, or losses to appropriate personnel
• Generating inventory reports for management review
