About The Position
The Inventory Control Clerk at Sunset Station is a vital role responsible for supporting and promoting the company-wide culture of "We Win Hearts" at Station Casinos. This position involves processing Food and Beverage invoices, ensuring accuracy in balancing receivers to invoices, and inputting purchase orders (POs) into the JDE system. The clerk will also be tasked with processing warehouse pick slips and scanning invoices into the Inventory Control Group (ICG) system, completing the HUDE process in the ICG Work Flow. Additionally, the role requires generating and processing blanket POs, checking vendor bids, and completing short pays. At the end of each month, the clerk will perform basic inventory functions, which include counting inventory and utilizing inventory scanners to maintain accurate stock levels. The ideal candidate must possess knowledge and experience with Inventory Control systems, specifically JDE and ICG. Basic data entry skills are essential, along with proficiency in using a 10-key calculator. Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage daily responsibilities effectively, and flexibility in work schedule and tasks is required. The Inventory Control Clerk must also demonstrate effective communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and management, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
