The position involves performing cycle counts and resolving inventory problems as they arise, maintaining the accuracy of the Warehouse Librarian computer database, and following general operating procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Basic math proficiency.
• Working knowledge of computer fundamentals.
• Minimum of one year of previous Distribution clerical experience preferred.
• Ability to efficiently create complex documents and reports using spreadsheet software (Excel).
• Ability to type correspondence and documents using MS Office software including Outlook and Word.
• Ability to efficiently enter data via 10-key by touch.

Nice To Haves

• Equipment operator experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory cycle counts and adjusted stock counts to ensure accuracy.
• Run daily inventory, productivity, and analysis reports for management.
• Communicate cycle count discrepancies to appropriate supervisors.
• Maintain the Warehouse Librarian computer database.
• Promote established safety procedures and maintain a clean warehouse environment.
• Assist in quarterly and annual inventories.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
