About The Position

The Inventory Control Associate position is responsible for maintaining the inventory cycle count and physical inventory of the facility. This role involves performing continuous physical cycle counts, stock checks, and manual stock relocation on a daily basis. The associate will research and resolve all inventory discrepancies, trace the history of items to determine the root cause of discrepancies, and compile, verify, and report periodic statistical information to management. Ensuring compliance with inventory processes and procedures is also a key responsibility of this position.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and rapidly changing priorities.
• Must possess a high level of customer service.
