Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Prior experience with Excel, Outlook, NetSuite, and Deposco (Auditing) preferred
- High attention to detail
- Familiarity with Blackstone’s item catalog
Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts as scheduled
- Perform inventory audits as requested
- Research inventory discrepancies
- Perform inventory adjustments in NetSuite if necessary
- Perform periodic synchronization audits between NetSuite and Deposco
- Identify and correct errors in inventory transactions
- Track inventory and transaction discrepancies and causes, report them to appropriate managers and suggest solutions
- Manage Shipments in Transit and Open PO reports and keep them up to date
- Identify out-of-place items (including non-inventory, in-transit items, unknown items) and move them to the appropriate location
- Help organize and participate in the quarterly and annual audits
- Periodically review Cycle Count Profiles and suggest improvements
- Reprint and apply location labels
- Assist other areas as needed
