About The Position

B&T USA is looking for an Inventory Control Associate who will be responsible for helping maintain the organization’s inventory while maintaining accurate records of all procurements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Required to lift 25lbs unassisted and up to 50lbs assisted.
• Regularly required to stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving process for incoming materials and supplies, ensuring they match purchase orders and are in good condition.
• Perform inspections and quality checks on incoming inventory to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Update and maintain inventory records in the inventory management system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Work closely with the production teams to coordinate inventory needs and resolve any issues.
