About The Position

Team member's responsibilities will be focused on maintaining accurate systematic inventory to support Tesla Bot manufacturing. This team member will be required to work with multiple organizations to minimize inventory variances and implement improved processes to increase overall inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 30 lbs as part of the job function
• Strong working knowledge of computerized system
• Good math skills
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment while keeping correct data
• Self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision

Nice To Haves

• Ability to analyze results of counts is a plus
• Ability to examine and investigate misidentified or out of balance items is a plus
• Inventory Control experience in fast paced production environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity by executing inventory control counts and/or reconciliations in order to ensure company inventory accuracy goals
• Conduct daily inventory transactions in the MES systems to ensure inventory accuracy and provide real time data
• Assures inventory balances are maintained accurately in all affected systems
• Ensures overall accuracy of inventory related data, which includes performing inventory audits and cycle counts
• Monitor and control inventory integrity in MES and MFS
• Maintaining product identification and location program
• Ensuring all labeling requirements are met in a timely manner
