Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following: Provide support for the stores with all inventory needs and requests, including but not limited to multi-channel issues, researching sales ticket issues, missing and overages in gear, etc. Oversee, maintain, research and resolve all inventory issues Daily and year-end accounting Additional duties as assigned To join our band, you'll need the following experience: High School diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience in Guitar Center Operations or Sales Operations experience is strongly preferred Experience including, but not limited to, using multi-channel, cycle counting, store reports, shipping & receiving, repairs, dotcom processing, and general sales processing At least 1 year of Green Screen/POS system experience is required Versed in Microsoft Suite of programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Intermediate Proficiency using Microsoft Excel (building basic formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookups) is strongly preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to interact with professionals at all levels within and outside the organization Strong organization, interpersonal and people management skills Detail oriented, self--starter, and ability to take on and complete tasks by deadline Why Guitar Center Company?
