About The Position

Pressure Connections Corp is seeking a full-time Inventory Control Associate for their Columbus, Ohio location. This role is focused on efficiently managing inventory processes, ensuring quality, and achieving daily operational goals. The associate will be responsible for coordinating machinery movements, operating various material handling equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Close attention to detail.
• 1-2 years of experience on lifts, cherry-pickers, fork trucks, etc. (preferred).
• Willingness to learn a basic understanding of fluid power components and systems.
• NAHAD Certified (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates movements of machinery for placement of skids on racks.
• Operates machinery including turret, high lift, reach truck, stand-up and sit-down forklift, and pallet scooter.
• Loads, unloads, moves, stocks, and stages products using various material handling equipment.
• Operates high reach to put product away into rack location.
• Recognizes non-conformance and informs team leader or department leader.
• Safely executes operator care tasks and maintains a clean and orderly work center.
• Ensures company physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards.
• Identifies areas for improvement and experiments with solutions to improve processes.
• Completes all records, forms, and electronic data entry as required.
• Recognizes, complies with, and promotes team adherence to all applicable PCC procedures.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
