Provides analytical and operational support to global 3PL partners. The scope of responsibility includes acting as an escalation point for 3PL customer service, a triage point for order to cash issue resolution, keeping work instructions & SOPs up to date, producing reports, and supporting quarterly business reviews. This position will act as a liaison between Keenova’s functional areas and 3PLs, track service failures and support corrective action, work with IT to assure proper integration with Keenova’s systems (ERP, etc.), support alignment between business systems, and participate in ad-hoc project initiatives.
