About The Position

The Inventory Control Analyst ensures that all raw materials, packaging, and finished goods at Adama and third-party warehouses are accurately maintained and organized. This role involves various responsibilities including monthly, quarterly, and annual book-to-book reconciliation, analyzing and resolving count variances, and answering inquiries during the annual audit. The analyst will also schedule, process, and reconcile cycle count and annual physical count results, assist with End of Campaign (EOC) counts, review and correct batch discrepancies, open claims for damaged material as needed, prepare and review monthly blocked stock reports, and arrange for the disposal of damaged or obsolete inventory.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in Excel and Power BI (or equivalent Business Intelligence Application)
• SBO (SAP) and Warehouse Management System experience desired
• Customer service experience is a plus
