Ensure compliance and initiate improvements in shipping and receiving accuracy for finished goods and/or service parts store in logistics warehouses. Audit production reporting, cycle counts, and physical inventory accuracy to ensure inventory accuracy. Deliver explanations for out-of-tolerance inventory variances. Use Simple Problem Solving to deliver process improvements for the production reporting and reconciliation process to drive production reporting accuracy within the operations teams. Control / monitor the flow of materials through the Supply Chain from initial receipt to final shipment. Maintain all inventory / part related data in inventory management software. Work closely with the Accounting Controller on inventory reporting. Work closely with SCM, Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, and Accounting to manage obsolete/damaged inventory. Develop new applications, tools and ad-hoc refreshable reports to streamline processes and address current business challenges. Interfacing with Mfg and Operations to coordinate all product holds, reworks, and recalls. Monthly measurement and reporting. Serial trace management responsibilities including credit and rebills, reviewing of error reports. Working with Finance to overseeing cycle count and inventory accuracy activities maintaining acceptable level of accuracy and count volume throughout the year. Investigating and resolving errors and taking appropriate actions to identify and fix root causes.
