About The Position

Quanex is looking for an Inventory Control Analyst to join our team (onsite) in St. Cloud, Minnesota. As the Inventory Control Analyst, you will be responsible for managing inventory, cycle counts and leading month/quarter/year end inventories, and processing invoices as needed while maintaining SOX compliance requirements. Schedule: Monday – Thursday (7:30am-4:30pm), Friday (7:30am-2:30pm) We Offer You! What Success Looks Like: Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels, entering/managing purchase orders, entering/managing workorders, and addressing product with no movement. Monitor SOX compliance, inventory controls, and related documentation. Keep proper personnel informed of important developments, potential problems, and related information necessary for effective inventory management. Record/code invoices and generate and maintain processes for all new and existing programs. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in cycle counting strongly preferred.
  • Inventory experience, preferred.
  • 2-year post-secondary education or equivalent related experience, preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, specifically Excel with ability to do V-Lookups, conditional formatting, etc.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
