Schedule and maintain shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of packaging to satisfy demand. Analyzes inventory levels, production speed and packaging demand to determine fulfillment levels ensuring packaging availability to the supply chain. 1. Manage critical shortages, develop and execute shipping plans and schedules, ensuring successful outcomes within scope, budget, time and quality parameters. 2. Lead daily critical shortage meetings with leadership, manage action items. 3. Tracks and analyzes packaging inventories and shipments, providing direction on work in process, finished goods and aged inventories to reduce space consumption and maintain inventory integrity. 4. Act as a liaison between functional groups both internal and external; to execute plans and ensure clear lines of communication throughout the supply chain. 5. Apply comprehensive problem-solving tools such as root cause and 5 whys and management experience to analyze and resolve complex problems; drive continuous improvement by designing and implementing solutions and process modifications as needed. 6. Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to support customer and management requirements; plan, coordinate and prepare comprehensive reporting packages for review meetings. 7. Ensure compliance of operating procedures as defined in position work instructions. 8. Work with IT and the leadership team to design reports that predict issues before they occur. 9.
