We boldly go. This role will support Trane Technologies’ HVAC equipment and supply Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs) in St Peters, Missouri. The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and controls in the RDCs, supporting inventory values of more than $150 million with revenues of more than $1 billion. Analysts work with site leadership and use Lean practices and MDI to drive improvement around all inventory control related functions. The Inventory Control Analyst manages the site’s cycle counting program and ensures its consistent operation in accordance with Trane Technologies’ BOS. Sites meeting cycle counting targets may be granted a physical inventory exemption (PIE). For sites without a PIE, the Analyst is responsible for planning, set up and execution of the annual physical inventory. Other responsibilities include reporting, data analysis, transactional research to correct and find root causes of inaccuracies and acting as a first point of contact for teams across the business on inventory related issues. All Analysts will complete 9 step problem solving and Lean training courses and implement these practices into their everyday work. What’s in it for you: Be a part of our mission!
