What You Will Do:
Requirements
- Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
- Communicate effectively
- Detail Oriented
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Familiarity with NCE computer system
Responsibilities
- Review and manage inventory parameters to support world-class customer experience and achieve service‑level targets
- Purchase inventory to meet customer‑required delivery dates and demand forecasts
- Maintain and manage item and vendor files to ensure accurate inventory planning and goal attainment
- Develop, publish, and execute the annual returns schedule; collaborate with SC Managers to reduce excess and reserve inventory company‑wide
- Partner with vendors to ensure high service levels, reliable supply, and competitive pricing
- Manage inventory performance to meet asset management objectives, including: 150+ GMROI Less than 2% reserve inventory 96% first‑shipment fill rate
- Expedite open purchase orders to mitigate supply disruptions and delivery risks
- Lead procurement efforts for special‑order and non‑standard items
- Negotiate pricing agreements and purchasing terms with vendors
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
