About The Position

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Inventory Control Analyst who brings decisiveness, strong decision-making, and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring timely availability of materials required for production while optimizing inventory levels and analyzing supply chain metrics to drive performance. This position will analyze inventory reports, identify and countermeasures issues, analyze performance metrics, and strategically mitigate delivery risks from the supply chain. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations or equivalent years of experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and highly talented in Excel.
  • Experience with production planning systems, MRP, Kanban, and Just-In-Time inventory techniques is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • CSPM or APICS certification is a plus.
  • Results oriented and strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at any level.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock and carrying costs.
  • Effectively utilize inventory management tools to prevent stock shortages and overages.
  • Ensure proper part set up for ordering in accordance with ‘Plan for Every Part’ initiative.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply issues.
  • Generate purchase orders and track order status.
  • Expedite deliveries as necessary to prevent production disruption.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to material planning and inventory management to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Procurement, Logistics, Production Planning, and Quality Assurance to ensure smooth coordination across the supply chain.
