Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and one year of analytical experience preferred, or three years of analytical work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with Inventory Management, Logistics or Materials Control is required.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated approach in stakeholder engagement.
  • Expertise in applications including but not limited to Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Power BI).
  • Experience with Inventory Management/Logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate material management for capital improvement projects in assigned region to support gas capital plan.
  • Support procurement and tracking of project materials and documentation.
  • Manage excess non-stock material process and ensure efficient re-use, recovery or disposal of materials.
  • Support Warehouse Team in improving existing processes, optimizing performance.
  • Support TVC analysts with project documentation and cataloging responsibilities.
  • Support tracking and monitoring of Engineering charges and costs and processing of P.O. and invoices.
  • Perform vendor outreach to quote needed material for complex projects.
  • Maintain reports & establish KPI's for tracking material processes.
  • Coordinating, scheduling, and overseeing contractor material returns.
  • Build good working relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
