About The Position
The position involves ensuring the accuracy of the inventory by validating and maintaining all inventory data and bookkeeping records. The role requires coordinating cycle counts and other physical inventory processes. Additionally, the candidate will need to understand, review, and communicate inventory concerns to production management, Manufacturing Production Planning, and Manufacturing/Supply Purchasing, as well as the Assistant Controller and other appropriate management positions. Daily interaction with production and warehouse associates is expected, along with investigating potential areas of concern, reviewing daily production schedules, and ensuring documented best practices are adhered to. The candidate will also accept additional responsibilities as determined by the Assistant Controller and perform any other duties as assigned.
