About The Position

The Inventory Clerk at The Quikrete Companies Inc. is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inventory products, including raw materials and finished goods. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 12 months experience in inventory management or related field preferred.
• Proficient in data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to operate scales and verify shipment weights accurately.
• Familiarity with JDE or similar inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurate record keeping of all inventoried products including raw materials and finished goods.
• Enter all raw materials received into the system daily and review entries in report writer.
• Scale in and scale out all inbound and outbound shipments of raw materials, verifying load weights on tickets.
• Complete and maintain raw material reports and pricing spreadsheets daily.
• Match invoices for raw materials and freight for payment processing.
• Handle window transactions including cash sales and order distribution.
• Enter sales orders as required.
• Maintain the BB ICT spreadsheet and manage email communications from the Best Block team.
• Enter and maintain all outgoing and incoming ICTs, confirming and filing them appropriately.
• Assist dispatch with various duties including paperwork and driver requests.
• Support the production manager with production reports and entries.
• Assist other office members with their job duties.
