About The Position

The Inventory Clerk will maintain inventory as well as cycle
counts of incoming and outgoing products, performing the following duties to
meet quality and productivity standards.

Requirements

• S. Person status required do to export control
• High school Diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Capable of standing and or sitting for extended periods of time
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and the management team.
• Must be well organized, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must thrive in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment
• Ability to verbally communicate, read and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English
• Available to work periodic mandatory weekends and overtime
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office programs- Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat
• Must be able to investigate, document and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• ERP, FedEx, UPS experience
• Forklift Certified or willing to be certified
• Understanding of basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain a clean and orderly inventory area, which includes tooling inventory and point of use inventory throughout the facility.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts.
• Create inventory kits to be issued to jobs.
• Maintain control of inventory by limiting access to authorized personnel.
• Minimum knowledge of excel and word.
• Deliver parts to production floor.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
