About the Role: With 9 automotive brands across 13 rooftops, our centralized accounting team operates from our Volkswagen store on Broadway Avenue in Littleton, providing consistent financial oversight and operational support to every dealership in the group. The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all new, used, and company vehicles within Tekion. This includes managing MSOs, dealer trades, street and auction purchases, cross-sales, and brand transfers. The role is critical to ensuring vehicles are market-ready, properly documented, and available for sale in a timely manner. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and effective collaboration with sales and accounting teams.
Requirements
- Experience with a similar automotive or accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency and 10-key capability
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Tekion is preferred
Responsibilities
- Process and validate new inventory, including dealer trades and MSO verification
- Stock used vehicles acquired through street purchases, OEM portals, and auctions
- Manage cross-sales and brand transfers across McDonald Automotive’s 13 stores
- Assist with additional duties as needed to support inventory accuracy and workflow
