Royal Building Products, a vinyl siding manufacturer in Columbus OH, has a full-time opening for an Inventory Clerk. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and all cycle count functions. Requirements

Warehouse experience
Proven experience driving a forklift, good communication skills, demonstrates accountability and self-motivation, ability to work as part of a team
Basic computer knowledge and skills

Responsibilities

Perform cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials to ensure inventory accuracy (multiple facilities)
Run cycle count variance reporting in JDE and Reports Now
Investigate inventory variances & discrepancies identified from above reports
Assist with cycle counts for spare parts storerooms & research variances as required
Complete month-end and year-end inventory counts
Complete off-site physical inventory counts at the direction of the manager/supervisor
Climbing and tape dropping onsite silo’s up to 70’ tall to verify inventory levels
Maintain various record keeping
Comply with established safety rules
Comply with company policy and procedures
Maintain constructive working relationships with co-workers and supervisors/managers
Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company policy
Perform other duties as assigned to satisfaction of supervisor
Provide personal transportation between all sites
May be required to work some weekends to complete quarterly/annual physical inventory process
