Job description: Key Responsibilities Receive, count, and verify incoming raw materials and components Record inventory transactions accurately in ERP systems Issue materials to production based on work orders and bills of material (BOMs) Track and maintain inventory for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories Investigate and report inventory discrepancies or shortages Label, store, and organize materials in designated locations Verify part numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and serial numbers Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and planning teams Follow safety, quality, and inventory control procedures Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math and data entry skills Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) preferred Ability to read work orders, BOMs, and inventory documents Good organizational and communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Ability to lift and move materials up to 40–50 lbs Comfortable working on a manufacturing floor or warehouse environment Work Environment Manufacturing facility and warehouse Exposure to machinery, forklifts, noise, dust, and varying temperatures May require overtime or flexible shifts to support production schedules Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time
