Inventory Clerk - 3rd Shift

Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- You can spot a missing item from a mile away and have the patience to handle even the most minor discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- You possess critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues effectively.
- You have experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with AS400 and/or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations, ensuring everything is in its rightful place.
- Conducted regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory, maintaining precise stock levels.
- Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy at all times.
- Investigate recurring inventory issues and work to determine the root cause, helping prevent future discrepancies.
- Properly manage inventory at varying status levels (e.g., on-hand, on-order, damaged) and ensure proper handling for each.
- Operate a Sit-Down Forklift to assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Work alongside customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
