Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with accounts payable and general accounting procedures
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 pounds as needed
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external customers and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile invoices with tire shipments to ensure accurate pricing
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies efficiently
• Support store teams with inventory, pricing concerns, and paperwork management
• Ensure timely receipt and processing of invoices
• Respond to store manager inquiries regarding inventory and pricing
• Assist in reconciliation of monthly vendor statements
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
