About The Position

At CJ Logistics we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Clerk to join our team and keep our inventory running like clockwork in our Cold Storage environment! Pay Range: $20.00per hour + $1.50per hour Cold Storage Shift Premium
Schedule: Mon - Fri 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Bilingual Korean / English. / Must be able to read labels and instructions in Korean

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Comfortable Working full shifts in cold storage/freezer environments
• Attention to Detail: You can spot a missing item from a mile away and have the patience to handle even the smallest discrepancies.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces.
• Problem-Solving Skills: You possess critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues effectively.
• Forklift Certified: You have experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift.
• Reliable – we count on you, and so does the team

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with AS400/Korber/Blue Yonder and/or other warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle product with care in cold storage and blast zone areas
• Monitor and maintain Cold Storage Temperature Standards
• Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations, ensuring everything is in its rightful place.
• Will read labels and instructions written in Korean and communicate/ translate between English / Korean
• Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory, maintaining precise stock levels.
• Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy at all times.
• Investigate recurring inventory issues and work to determine the root cause, helping prevent future discrepancies.
• Properly manage inventory at varying status levels (e.g., on-hand, on-order, damaged) and ensure proper handling for each.
• Operate a Stand-Up Forklift to assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Work alongside customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
