About The Position

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Inventory Clerk for the 2nd shift to support their facility in Etna, OH. The role offers a pay of $22.50 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, with overtime pay at $35.25. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. The position involves working in a safe supply chain environment with state-of-the-art equipment, primarily handling tools. The company emphasizes safety and offers comprehensive benefits starting at 30 days, including weekly pay and on-the-job paid training. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience
Ability to Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
Ability to Manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
Ability to Recognize and read location, date and product codes
Ability to Work independently and as a member of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) (beginner level)
Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
Safety Sensitive Position, Non-Regulated Tech - Depending on location, may be required to operate and be equipment certified

Responsibilities

Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments
Participate in physical inventories as necessary
Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues
Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed
Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety
Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
Perform other duties as assigned
