About The Position

The Inventory Clerk position at Eaton's ES AMER HQ MFGSC division is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and location integrity through cycle counts, investigation of discrepancies, and reconciliation of inventory adjustments. This role requires collaboration with various departments to support inventory management and reporting, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent from an accredited school.
• 1 year of Forklift experience required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain location and inventory accuracy via cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Analyze and investigate transactional data to determine root causes of discrepancies.
• Document and report investigation results to drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize system tools such as WMS, Vista, Sterling Business Center, and MS Office for analysis and reporting.
• Apply product knowledge to improve inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Inbound and Outbound departments to support investigations and reporting.
• Record measurable statistics impacting production and inventory management.
• Ensure safety guidelines are met in handling products.
• Perform miscellaneous warehouse-related and safety duties.
• Maintain compliance with procedures and policies.
