About The Position

Position Summary Jacam Catalyst provides exceptional service while ensuring the safety, accuracy, and compliance of our operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. This role supports our Inventory Department by ensuring outgoing and return truck operations meet regulatory and company standards.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, managers, and team members.
• Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Work Ethic: Be dependable, trustworthy, truthful, and credible in the workplace.
• Display a sincere desire to provide service or assistance, follow instructions, and take responsibility for own actions.
• Show a commitment to doing the best job possible.
• Physical Abilities: Lift and carry 50 pounds in various packaging.
• Tip and move 55-gallon drums, weighing up to 600 pounds, with the use of a drum dolly.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with DOT regulations and inventory control processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify outgoing trucks for accurate quantities, product types, and compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.
• Ensure trucks are loaded and configured according to safety and regulatory requirements.
• Reconcile discrepancies between reported deliveries and returned products, working directly with drivers to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of outgoing and return truck delivery data.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with Inventory Department to ensure accurate communication and reporting.
