About The Position

Responsibilities
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits.
- Track, log, and update inventory levels in the ERP/MRP or inventory management system.
- Monitor part shortages and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Label, tag, and organize incoming and existing inventory for easy identification.
- Assist with root-cause investigation of inventory inaccuracies.
- Accurately enter inventory transactions such as receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
- Maintain digital and physical records of shipments, material usage, and warehouse activities.
- Generate inventory reports and assist with documentation required for audits.
- Communicate effectively with production, purchasing, and quality teams regarding inventory status.
