  • Review work orders and process work order paperwork to handoff to production.
  • Track progress of work orders and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Create detailed customer repair estimates and manage parts orders.
  • Coordinate repair scheduling and ensure repairs follow established procedures and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management and repair workflows.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in operations management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, work order scheduling, and repair process coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
