A Day in the Life As our Inventory Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Burbank team has what they need—when they need it. Your day will include tracking Inventory levels, issuing and receiving materials, reviewing purchase orders, supporting production forecasts, and troubleshooting Inventory discrepancies. You’ll work closely with Production Managers, vendors, and internal teams to keep Inventory accurate, organized, and flowing without interruption. Every day brings new opportunities to problem-solve, create efficiencies, and strengthen our Inventory operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in procurement, Inventory, or manufacturing.
  • Strong communication, organization, and technology skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy within Inventory processes.
  • MS Office proficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Zimbus, Netsuite, or Adagio is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Generate, submit, and track purchase orders.
  • Purchase materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain and strengthen vendor relationships.
  • Monitor Inventory levels and perform regular Inventory audits.
  • Receive, verify, and document incoming materials.
  • Support Inventory forecasting for production.
  • Maintain accurate procurement and Inventory records.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist with physical and cycle counts.
  • Perform other Inventory-related tasks as needed.
