About The Position

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Financial Inventory Analyst. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in inventory finance, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll play a key role in helping us maintain accurate inventory records, support financial reporting, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Accounting or Finance
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Power BI or Microsoft Access a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare analyses and journal entries for the month-end close
• Prepare Monthly and quarterly balance sheet analyses (Inventory, Intransit Inventory, WIP, Inbound freight, and Duty)
• Review the accuracy of inventory costs
• Work with purchasing to determine appropriate inventory reserves
• Help monitor inventory levels, valuation, and turnover metrics
• Assist in tracking and reconciling inventory transactions across systems
• Collaborate with operations to resolve inventory discrepancies
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts related to inventory costs
• Maintain documentation for internal and external audits
• Opportunities to work on special projects in inventory or other areas of accounting
