Requirements

• ASB in Accounting required
• Accounting experience with proficiencies in inventory control, inventory reconciliations, and reporting
• Reliable, punctual, attention to detail
• Good computer skills, fluent in AS400, Microsoft (email and excel)
• Good organizational skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions

Responsibilities

• Monitor Inventory level variances between physical inventory and system inventory
• Correct inventory databases
• Perform and coordinate physical inventories
• Ensure cycle counts are being conducted
• Update finished goods every hour
• Perform Variance analysis, explain and submit reports
• Prepare month end reports
• Participate in special projects as assigned
