About The Position
As an Inventory Analyst at Zumiez, you will be responsible for driving inventory efficiency and product availability across all store locations and retail channels. This role partners closely with Planners, Buyers, and cross-functional teams to analyze sales trends, optimize store assortments, and execute inventory strategies that support business goals. You will ensure that the right products are in the right places at the right time-minimizing excess inventory, maximizing sales, and enabling a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
