About The Position

SEAKR Engineering is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Administrator (PA Level 1). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in materials management, inventory control, and logistics in a dynamic, high-tech environment. As a Property Administrator Level 1, you will gain foundational experience in supporting our property and materials teams, with responsibilities that include: Performing standard inventory and material transactions in the ERP system for project-owned, SEAKR-owned, and capital assets Kitting materials for shop orders (small kits) Processing material requisitions (MRs) and MR Loans Handling material transfers, Move-to-Stock items, and reviewing and resolving shortages Supporting cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory resolutions Stocking inventory post-receiving inspection and assisting with material movement and tracking Completing basic material tasks such as T/R fulfillment, scrap notice processing, and cleaning/organizational duties Collaborating with the Property team and other departments under close supervision and clear instructions This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a structured environment, and is eager to learn more about inventory and logistics processes. This position follows a 9/80 day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM on working Fridays, with every other Friday off.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or material handling environments (entry-level candidates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to learn ERP systems and materials processes
  • Ability to follow procedures and take direction well
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • US Citizenship Required

Responsibilities
