About The Position

A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in the Renton, Washington area is actively seeking a full-time Invasive, Non-Interventional Cardiologist to join its growing and collaborative cardiology team. This is a team-based, patient-centered environment serving a diverse patient population, with strong system-wide clinical support and resources. The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient cardiology, performing invasive diagnostic procedures while working within a highly supportive, multidisciplinary cardiovascular program. Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
  • Completion of fellowship training in Cardiovascular Medicine
  • Eligible for Washington State medical licensure
  • Active/Eligible DEA registration
  • Experience in invasive diagnostic procedures required; strong new graduates welcome

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient general cardiology services
  • Perform invasive diagnostic cardiac procedures including cardiac catheterization and coronary angiography
  • Interpret echocardiograms, stress tests, Holter monitors, and other non-invasive cardiac studies
  • Manage acute cardiac conditions in collaboration with hospitalists and critical care teams
  • Participate in shared hospital call rotation
  • Collaborate closely with interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and advanced practice providers
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based cardiovascular care
