Specialty: Cardiology - with AHF Fellowship/LVAD exp Job Type: Locum -to -PERM Facility Location: Richmond, VA Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Reason For Coverage: Supplemental Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Shift Schedule: Mon -Fri; Days (8 -hrs) Call Schedule: Rotating - Nights and Weekends Call Ratio: 1:6 Patient Demographics: Adults, Geriatrics Patient Volume: - Clinic: 10 - IP Admissions: 12 -15 Physician in Practice: 1 Support Staff: 4 APPs Required to supervise APPs: Yes Procedures: Electrocardiograms (EKGs) EMR: Epic Temporary Privileges available: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements

• Active VA License
• BC
• DEA
• ACLS
• AHF Fellowship (LVAD exp)
• VAD Certified (for Advanced Heart Failure)
