Summary : The Specialized Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist (EP) is a health care professional who uses high-technology equipment at the direction of a qualified physician to provide technical expertise during electrophysiology studies. Assists with other cardiovascular, neurovascular, and interventional radiology invasive procedures. Possesses in-depth understanding of cardiac electrophysiology and mechanisms of arrhythmia.
