About The Position
The position involves architecting and implementing Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) solutions for enterprise device management, ensuring scalability and security. The role requires integration of Intune with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and other enterprise services to streamline identity and access management. Additionally, the candidate will develop and optimize Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning, ensuring seamless device onboarding. Responsibilities also include defining and enforcing compliance policies, security baselines, and conditional access to safeguard corporate data, as well as deploying, updating, and managing applications and OS patches across Windows and Android devices. The role demands providing Level 3+ support for complex endpoint management issues, working closely with vendors and internal teams, and leveraging PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to automate endpoint management tasks and improve efficiency. Monitoring device health, compliance, and security posture using various tools is also a key responsibility, along with establishing and documenting Intune best practices, policies, and governance frameworks for enterprise adoption. Collaboration with IT, security, and compliance teams to align endpoint management strategies with business goals is essential.
