About The Position

Position Overview We're hiring part-time soccer coaches with opportunities for future full-time employment. About Soccer Shots Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2-8 with a focus on character and physical development. We train our coaches in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to pass a federal background check
Valid work Visa or authorization to work in the US
Own or have access to a printer

Nice To Haves

Coaching or childcare experience
Passion for impacting children through the game of soccer preferred
Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, or related) preferred
Saturday availability 8am-12pm preferred

Responsibilities

Arrive on time to all your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty, families, and children
Safely manage a class of up to 12 children
Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
Go home knowing you made a difference
