Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) Technologist

The IOM Technologist at MPOWERHealth is responsible for conducting preoperative assessments, intraoperative monitoring, and post-operative reporting under the supervision of the Territory Manager. This role requires a deep understanding of neurophysiology and the ability to interpret data in real-time. The position involves thorough patient evaluations, equipment setup, continuous monitoring during surgical procedures, data analysis, documentation of monitoring activities, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, the technologist is expected to engage in professional development to stay updated on advancements in neuromonitoring.
