Intramural Sports General Official
About The Position
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Intramural Sports General Official will help run the on-going sports programs. Duties include: Officiating intramural matches Game coordination and application of intramural and sports specific rules Assisting with player check-in and scorekeeping Assisting with equipment setup and takedown Maintaining a safe and inclusive playing environment Sports Offered: Basketball, Dodgeball, Flag Football, Indoor Cricket, Innertube Waterpolo, Roundnet (Spikeball), Soccer, Ultimate, Volleyball
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the selected sport is an asset.
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask.
- Well organized with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing.
