This role, an Intra-Logistics Operator, is crucial for managing the flow of goods within the facility. Responsibilities include executing loading and unloading, preparing deliveries, storing and managing products in the warehouse, and tracking inventory using IT systems, all while strictly adhering to safety and production rules.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
Basic computer knowledge and MS office skills
Good visual acuity
Ability to regularly lift heavy objects if required
Ability to operate transportation machinery
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Multiple years of experience in logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Experience working with IT & SAP systems
Forklift certification a plus

Responsibilities

Execute loading and unloading of goods and manage the respective documentation
Prepare deliveries of products and tours for drivers
Store packages and prepacked products in the warehouse
Deconsolidate, re-pack, store, retrieve and execute internal transports
Pick, pack and label different goods e.g. raw material, components, semi-finished-products, finished products, trading goods etc.
Track and overview products and transports in the IT system
Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
