About The Position

The interviewer is responsible for screening and interviewing job seekers to work order specifications for employment with MAU at client sites, setting appointments for interviews, supporting new hire orientations, and sourcing candidates from various sources. Interviewers support administrative tasks such as data entry, receptionist duties and data processing within company systems. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position with typical work hours being Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Periodic nights and weekends may be required as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a professional work environment
  • Experience working with the public
  • High degree of proven professionalism
  • Ethical Conduct
  • Personal Effectiveness/Credibility

Nice To Haves

  • Staffing industry or manufacturing HR experience a plus
  • HR certifications or staffing certifications are a plus
  • Experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • 2- or 4-year degree in Business, Communications or Human Resources

Responsibilities

  • Regularly review job orders and interact with Staffing Specialists and Staffing Supervisors to ensure staffing goals are met.
  • Interview candidates for all transactional and project accounts via in-person interviews and phone screens.
  • Recruit qualified candidates through online sourcing portals such as the MAU website, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc…
  • Schedule appointments for interviews, pre-screening assessments, client interviews and orientations.
